- At this time, Color of Language ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Color of Language ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

- Color of Language charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
We guarantee our products unconditionally from defects. Any defective or damaged product will be replaced immediately, if we are notified within 14 days of receipt. Contact our office at 661-393-4658 or email us at customercare@coloroflanguage.com as soon as the defective product is received and obtain an Authorization Number and Defective Merchandise Form. Return the form with the defective or damaged product to 6130 Norris Rd Bakersfield, CA 93308. Be sure the Authroization Number is printed on the form and the outside of the package being returned. Upon receipt of the damaged product, COL will immediately ship a replacement.
All returns must be marked with a return Authorization Number. Packages received without it will be returned to sender. Please contact Customer Service for your return authorization number and instructions on how to return your order. Customer Service is available Monday through Friday,9:00am–5:00pm PST.
RETURNS
Since the majority of our products are reproducible and packaged for ease of duplication, our return policy must protect COL from unscrupulous returns. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we caution customers to carefully check out the products before purchasing. We attempt to give as much written and visual information as possible to help our customers make an informed purchase. We are happy to answer any questions you might have concerning the content of the products before you purchase.
After purchase, we are unable to accept returned products, except in very unusual circumstances.
In order to check on returning a product, it is essential that you contact our office to discuss the reason for return and obtain approval and an Authorization Number and Form within one week of receipt of the product.
In order to receive a refund, all returns must be authorized by Customer Service in advance and must be received within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds will not include shipping and handling fees. A restocking charge of 10% of the billed value will be deducted from any returns.
You should expect to receive your refund within 4–8 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. If you request a credit to your credit card, please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Your request for authorization must include invoice number, date, quantity, and discount and PO number if applicable.
Single items that were originally purchased as part of a set (i.e. books and videos) may not be returned for credit.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
